Art Psychotherapy
Art therapy is a tool therapists use to help patients express their emotions and thoughts. Clients work with an art therapist to explore their emotions, understand challenges that are causing them distress, and use art to help them find resolutions to those issues.
Anyone can use art therapy. Art Therapy is a strong way of communication specially when client is not verbally active.
Paints, clay, collage, pencil crayons and markers are the main materials for offering an art therapy session.
